Returns and Complaints

RETURN

If, after receiving the product, you discover it doesn't meet your expectations, you, as the consumer, have 30 days to inform us of your desire to return the order, without having to provide a reason. If you have any questions, please contact us (kontakt@pawdesign.pl).

It's worth remembering, however, that this rule does not apply to personalized orders. Each product has a separate description, which includes details and information about personalization.

If you decide to return, here's how:

  1. Complete the returns form available here .
  2. Carefully pack the product in a box, attach your proof of purchase and the returns form.

COMPLAINT

Life with a pet is full of surprises – sometimes things break. These things happen! That's why our products are covered by a one-year warranty. If you notice any manufacturing defects, don't hesitate to let us know.

However, to avoid misunderstandings, it is worth remembering that the complaint does not cover:

  1. Hardware Color – Rose gold and black hardware is varnished, which can lead to abrasion and chipping. It is not water-resistant and may rust. Silver hardware is not stainless and may also rust over time. Gold brass hardware, on the other hand, darkens and may leave marks on light-colored dog fur.

  1. Abrasion of the outer Biothane layer in half-choke collars. If your dog tends to pull on the leash, this can lead to friction, which will affect the abrasion of the Biothane webbing.

  1. Fraying of PPM rope is a natural wear and tear process that does not affect its durability.

  1. Mechanical damage caused during use, signs of natural wear and tear, dirt and any damage resulting from improper use of the product.

We would also like to point out that we are not responsible for incorrectly selected sizes of accessories for the weight and strength of the dog or for the consequences resulting from incorrect use of the purchased goods.

  1. Complete the complaint form, available here .
  2. Send us the form to the email address kontakt@pawdesign.pl , we will contact you
  3. Carefully pack the product in a box, attach proof of purchase and the complaint form.
  4. Send the package to our address.

We will review your complaint and notify you of the results within 14 days of receiving your shipment . Details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
