Each Bura adjustable rope lanyard is handmade from start to finish in our workshop. If you choose a custom length (extended lanyard option), a hardware color, or a variant other than the standard one, you are ordering a personalized product . Such a product is non-returnable (Article 38, Section 3 of the Consumer Rights Act).
